Steps Explained

  1. Menu Link:Enquiry -> Add Contact
  2. You need to enter the Company or Individual person’s details, which would be needed in the transaction screens.
  3. Most of the fields are self explanatory.
    The email address is a mandatory field for all the contact persons.
  4. If your contact does not have an email, please set your own dummy email address.
  5. There is a check-box for “Can Login” for each contacts.
  6. Right now we do not have an interface for your contacts to login in BudgetERP, but this feature is in the pipeline.
  7. So if you need to give access to this client contact, then you need to check that “Can Login” check box.
