Steps Explained

  1. Menu: Service – Service Customer List
  2. You can search existing customers based on their Contract type, Customer type, Location and Name.
    You can provide them variety of services like Preventive Maintenance, Promote new business or products, sell consumables.
  3. Schedule each service with a service executive to pipe line activities and forget it.
    Executives will be reminded on scheduled appointment date.
  4. Search customers. Click on Set button
  5. If you click Consumables Link, the following image will be shown.
    Using this, You can sell a consumable for serviced or sold products.
  6. If you click Preventive Maintenance Link, the following image will be shown.
    Using this, You can schedule a Preventive Maintenance call early.
  7. If you click Business Promotion Link, the following image will be shown.
    Using this, You can schedule an executive for business promotion to this customer.
