Steps Explained

  1. Menu Link --> Enquiry -> Enquiry Entry
  2. Search and select exiting customer by clicking “Search” button or add New Customer by clicking “New” button .
  3. Select Status from drop-down list.
  4. Select “Enquiry By” from drop-down list.
  5. Select Category from drop-down list.
  6. Select “Product Model” from drop-down list.
  7. Select “Enquiry From” from drop-down list.
  8. Click here to save Enquiry Details.
  9. Check “Allot Executive” to schedule executives for this enquiry
