Steps Explained

  1. Menu Link:Service -> Complaint Remarks List 
  2. Remarks can be listed based on keyword and Categories…
  3. How to delete Complaint Remarks details?
    Click delete link to delete particular Complaint Remarks details. Then make sure that you click either ‘OK’ to delete or ‘cancel’ button in confirm alert message.
  4. How to edit Complaint Remarks details?
    Click Edit link to edit an already existing Complaint Remarks details. The details are populated in Add Master Complaint Remarks page.
