Learn how to add Service Interval


Steps Explained

  1. Menu Link:Service -> Service Interval
  2. Interval (Time period) between two consecutive preventive maintenance service visits.
  3. If a maintenance contract is made between customer and company with Quarterly service period, the “Service -> Upcoming PM List” report lines up the contract details when the next service date is due within 7 days from today.
  4. Click on Edit link in the list below to edit any Service Interval

  5. Click on Delete link in the list below to delete any Service Interval. If a Service Interval is used in Contract, it cannot be deleted.
  6. Added service interval can be used in Contract Entry page when selecting product details.
