Learn how to download / backup Customer details


Steps Explained

  1. Menu Link:Master – Download Business Data
  2. If you click Download All Customers button, the Customer Details such as Account Name, Customer Type,
    Is Active, Zone, Location, Contact Address, Billing Address and Phone Number will be downloaded as an excel file.
  3. If you click Download Customer Contacts button, the Customer Contact Details such as Account Name, Contact Name, Designation, Department, Mobile No, Phone No, Email Address will be downloaded as an excel file.
  4. You can also download Customer Product Details such as Category, Product Model, Product Code, Quantity, Sales Date and Sales No by clicking the corresponding Customer Name’s starting letter.
