Learn how to add Service Contract Type


Steps Explained

  1. Menu: Service -> Contract Type
  2. You can add as many as contract types your business requires. You can manipulate thru’ multiple options available to make special contract types.
  3. If your contract type will work like preventive maintenance, please select ‘Is Preventive Maintenance’ radio button. Else select “Is Per Call” if it works on “Per Call” principle.
  4. These contract types are needed to create a contract. These will be used in Complaint module, to decide whether or not to charge a complaint.
