- Menu Link:Company -> Follow Up Status
- Enter Follow up status name.
- Check “Is Service” if you want this follow up status to show up in service module,
otherwise it would be used in sales module.
- “To Change” radio button to indicate this status as incomplete.
- “To Close” radio button to indicate the service requirement can be closed.
“To Quote” radio button to indicate this enquiry can be used for quotation.
Click save button to add Follow Up status.
How to edit and delete Follow Up Status?
- Click Delete link to delete the particular Follow Up Status. You have to confirm again to delete.
- Click Edit link to edit already existing Follow Up Status.
